Ιgnatios Κaraminas holds a PhD in Didactic Methodology from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and has a postgraduate specialization in Applied Pedagogy and Adult Education. Serves as Educational Consultant of Studies in Primary Education and had taught for 5 academic semesters at the Pedagogical Department of Primary Education of the University of Athens and 15 academic years at ASPAITE. In addition, from the academic year 2018-2019, he teaches the course “Pedagogy of Inclusion” as a Collaborating Teaching Staff in the Distance Master’s Program in the Interuniversity Distance Master’s Program “Special Education and Education” of the University of Nicosia in collaboration with the University of Patras. Additionally, it participates in training activities concerning teachers of Primary and Secondary Education. He has written books and articles that stem from his research interests, which focus on differentiated instruction in school class and in the training and professional development of teachers. He has published in journals on topics of interest and has presented studies at various international conferences.
