Vasiliki Xythali is an experienced educator and currently serves as the Principal of a special education school. With a solid background in Physiotherapy, specializing in disabled children, she expanded her expertise through graduate studies in educational sciences. Graduating from Panteion University with a degree in Sociology, Vasiliki holds a Master’s Degree in “Educational Studies” from the Hellenic Open University. Her commitment to education is evident in her decade-long tenure as a Director of education, contributing to both regional and central administrative boards. Vasiliki has excelled in various roles, from teaching to school leadership. She has tutored in diverse educational programs for teachers, showcasing her dedication to professional development. Notably, Vasiliki earned a Ph.D. from the University of Ioannina, focusing on teachers’ self-efficacy and their impact on student learning. Her contributions extend to reputable Greek and foreign science magazines, where she has shared insights on topics ranging from “teachers’ mental health” to student skills. Her research has notably delved into the socio-emotional skills of school teachers, reflecting her passion for advancing the field of education.
